The Show

There’s more than one way to win

The Winning Blueprint is a host-led interview series about how people navigate achievement, uncertainty, reinvention, service, and purpose. Every guest brings a different story — and a different definition of winning.

Here, winning belongs to the guest to define. An honest account of a setback can be as valuable as a championship or a celebrated career. Each conversation connects a specific story to a specific decision, its consequence, and the lesson the guest would revise today.

Guests come from entertainment, athletics, business, public service, education, and community leadership — and from ordinary lives marked by extraordinary turning points.

Achievement Setbacks Reinvention Leadership Identity Discipline Purpose The Next Chapter

The viewer promise

Leave every conversation with a deeper understanding of another person — and one useful idea to consider in your own life.

“There’s more than one way to win, and every journey has something to teach us. Here, we explore the experiences that shape lives and the lessons that expand what’s possible. I’m Dr. Corey Hicks. Welcome to The Winning Blueprint.” — The opening, every episode

Vision into action. Purpose into impact.

New conversations premiere monthly on YouTube, with short-form stories and highlights shared across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond — and an email community that keeps the conversation going between episodes.

The Format

Three questions at the heart of every story

A familiar structure gives every guest room to be different. The same three signature segments anchor each conversation, so audiences know exactly what to return for.

SEGMENT I

The Turning Point

“Take me back to a moment that changed your direction. Where were you, and what did you decide?”

Every story has a hinge — the injury, the closed door, the unexpected call. We start there, in the scene itself.

SEGMENT II

The Blueprint

“What did you actually do next, and what would you do differently today?”

Not the highlight reel — the actual steps, the costs, and the tradeoffs. The practical plan behind the comeback.

SEGMENT III

Winning Now

“At this stage of your life, what does winning mean to you?”

Definitions change. The final segment asks what success looks like today — and what it no longer means.

Inside an episode

Recorded over 60–75 minutes and edited to a focused 35–45. Every episode follows the same arc:

0:00 – 0:25

The moment. A truthful, arresting moment from the interview that opens the story.

0:25 – 1:10

The welcome. Title sting, host opening, and a concise introduction of the guest.

1:10 – 9:00

The person. The experiences and influences that shaped the journey.

9:00 – 19:00

The turning point. A challenge, a crossroads, or a difficult decision.

19:00 – 30:00

The blueprint. Actions, consequences, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.

30:00 – 38:00

Winning now. What success means today, the viewer takeaway, and the close.

The Host

Meet Dr. Corey Hicks

Few hosts can ask about preparation, pressure, and reinvention from inside all three. Corey Hicks has stood on the track as a three-time NCAA All-American decathlete and Olympic hopeful, in the classroom as an educator, and in the boardroom as a Medical Director with more than two decades in healthcare.

That range is the show’s engine: informed questions about discipline and resilience, asked with the warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity of a motivational speaker who has spent 23+ years helping people live healthy, inspired, and in purpose.

Your takeaway
Distinguish a considered risk from an impulsive decision.

Companion Episode

Leading When People Disagree

Working title: “What Leadership Looks Like When People Disagree”

Your takeaway
Respect the person’s pace, and identify meaningful support or contribution.

Companion Episode

Success Across Borders

Trust & Protection

Secure by design, private by default

This is the official site for The Winning Blueprint at thewinningblueprint.net. It was built as a hardened static site — no database, no user accounts, and no hidden data collection — so there is far less to attack and nothing of yours stored here.

Encrypted when served over HTTPS

Visit this site at its https:// address — look for the padlock — and your connection is encrypted in transit. The page also asks browsers to upgrade any insecure sub-resource requests. Full HTTPS redirect and HSTS belong at the host — see the checklist below.

No accounts, no passwords

There is no login and no password on this site, so there are no credentials to steal. Joining the premiere list uses your own email app — we never ask you to create an account here.

No tracking cookies

This page sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no analytics trackers, and does not sell or share visitor data. Fonts load from Google Fonts only to display type.

Content Security Policy

A Content Security Policy in the page limits which origins can supply scripts, styles, fonts, and images to this site, and blocks plugins and off-site form posts. The single-file page needs its own inline code allowed, so the host can tighten this further with response headers.

Protected external links

Links to coachcoreyhicks.com, Instagram, and Facebook open with noopener + noreferrer and a strict referrer policy, so destination sites cannot take over this tab or see more than they need.

Validated, nothing stored

The premiere-list form validates and sanitizes input in your browser, caps field length, and stores nothing — no localStorage, no database, no server submission. Your note goes only to info@thewinningblueprint.net.

CSP Enabled Referrer Policy No Tracking No Data Stored

Questions about security or privacy on this site? Email info@thewinningblueprint.net with the subject “Security Question.” Host-level checklist for whoever manages thewinningblueprint.net hosting: turn on HTTPS redirect + HSTS, a valid SSL certificate with auto-renewal, the response headers X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, X-Frame-Options / frame-ancestors, and Referrer-Policy, plus two-factor authentication (2FA) on the registrar, DNS, and hosting accounts. Those settings live with the host, not in this page code, and complete the protections above.
